By creating a Glowdesk account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the information entered by your salon team. Use Glowdesk only for lawful business purposes and only with permission from the people whose information you enter.

Early partner offer

New salons may use Glowdesk free for their first three months. No payment card is required for this offer. Paid plans will be introduced later; we will communicate plan pricing and payment terms before charging any salon.

Your business data

You retain responsibility for your salon and customer data. Glowdesk provides tools to help manage that information, but you should maintain records appropriate for your own business and legal obligations.

Availability

We aim to keep Glowdesk available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be updated, changed or unavailable for maintenance.
