Glowdesk helps beauty businesses manage appointments, customers, teams, services and business operations. This notice explains how we handle information used in Glowdesk.

Information we process

We process account information you provide, such as your name, email address, salon name, city and phone number. Your salon may also enter customer, appointment, service, staff and business information into its workspace.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the Glowdesk service, create your salon workspace, respond to support requests and improve the product. We do not sell your salon or customer data.

Workspace separation

Each salon workspace is designed to keep its business information separate from other salons. Only authorised members of a salon should access that salon’s workspace.

Security and retention

We use service providers to host Glowdesk and store information needed to run the service. Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
